These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the authority operating the k88x platform and any user of this website ("user" or "you"). 3 Age Verification & Eligibility

k88x's services are available only to those aged 21 or above. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

• Providing accurate age information at the time of registration is mandatory.
• k88x may request documents to verify age at any time.
• Users outside Bangladesh are solely responsible for complying with the applicable laws of their own country.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

The following rules apply to financial transactions on k88x:

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

k88x currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Bank Transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).

4.2 Limits & Timeframes

• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Withdrawal requests typically take 10 to 45 minutes to process.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if verification is not complete or if an investigation is ongoing.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on k88x are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). A conversion rate may apply for transactions in other currencies.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

k88x offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which are clearly stated on that bonus's page.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus — giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The welcome bonus requires 20x wagering, calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 in total bets must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

• Only bets placed with bonus funds count toward wagering — not the deposit amount.
• The bonus must be used on eligible games; which games qualify can be seen on the bonus details page.
• If a withdrawal is made before wagering requirements are met, the bonus balance will be cancelled.
• k88x reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• Only one welcome bonus applies per account, one time.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is suspected, k88x reserves the right to investigate the account and cancel the bonus if necessary.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules must be followed when playing games on the k88x platform:

• All bets are final. No bet will be voided without evidence of a technical error.
• Game outcomes are determined through a random number generator (RNG) or a live dealer. k88x is committed to ensuring fair play.
• If the outcome of any game becomes uncertain due to a software error, disconnection, or technical issue, k88x reserves the right to void that round.
• Sports betting: The odds displayed at the time the bet is accepted are final. Even if odds change after an event starts, the odds at the time of the bet apply.
• k88x reserves the right to refuse any bet or set limits.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Arbitrage betting or exploiting systems to gain unfair advantages.
• Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Hacking or other unauthorized technical interference with k88x's systems.
• Money laundering or other financial crimes.
• Fraudulent conduct toward other users.

7 VIP Program

k88x's VIP program has five tiers, determined based on user activity. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

VIP tier promotions and demotions are determined through regular reviews. k88x reserves the right to change VIP terms at any time, and members will be notified of any changes.

8 Responsible Gaming

k88x places the highest priority on responsible gaming. We believe that gaming is a form of entertainment and should never be a cause of financial hardship.

• Users can set their own limits on deposits, losses, and session duration.
• A temporary account break or permanent self-exclusion can be requested if needed.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

k88x reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a violation of any clause of these Terms.

• On suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• On suspicion of money laundering or other financial crimes.
• In response to a legal or regulatory directive.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

In the case of account closure without just cause, the user's valid balance will be returned. However, if closure results from a breach of terms, the bonus balance and related amounts may be forfeited.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the k88x website — logos, designs, graphics, text, software, and other elements — is protected under the intellectual property rights of k88x or its associated providers.

• Reproducing, distributing, or using any content from this site for commercial purposes without prior written permission from k88x is prohibited.
• Game software is protected under the intellectual property rights of the relevant third-party providers — such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, and others.
• Browsing the site and managing an account for personal and non-commercial purposes is permitted.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, k88x is not liable for:

• Service interruptions caused by internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Errors or delays caused by third-party software or payment providers.
• Unauthorized access to an account resulting from the user's own negligence.
• Financial losses arising from gaming — gaming carries risk and the user is solely responsible.

12 Changes to Terms
